Recently, we had an issue with the system and reached out to them with a service request on the issue, and they were able to help resolve the issue by reaching out to the manufacturer and getting us the replacement unit. We hired Nabu Energy for the installation of a Tesla wall for our second home, and the installation was great. Nabu Energy engineers are knowledgeable and reliable. My installation was complicated due to the 400-amp main service panel. While I am still in the exploration stage as a potential customer of Nabu Energy, I feel like this review will speak to much of my experience that I have had already. As a bit of background, I am currently having problems as a customer of a solar panel company that has since gone out of business, one of many (at least, that's what PG&E informed me while I was on the phone with them asking why my electricity bill has gone up, turns out my solar panels all of a sudden stopped producing electricity). What else is common is that once pre-existing customers of bankrupt companies start having issues with their panels, most companies are unwilling to help out, as, due to it being a liability concern, they will turn you and your problem away. That was not my experience with Nabu. After reading about Nabu online and calling their phone number on their website, I was met with an incredibly patient, honest, and helpful individual who told me that while they could not guarantee any work would be done for me due to the same liability concerns mentioned above, they would at least try and look into what my problem is. This is already farther than I have gotten with the 3 previous companies I have contacted. While I do not expect much to be done for myself, who finds myself in this unfortunate majority bucket, I feel like this kind of honesty and transparency from businesses is what we are missing in this capitalistic society, where businesses try to milk their customers out of every penny they have. If I did not previously have solar and were in the market and looking for an installer, I would rush to Nabu for their business solely based on my experience with their support over the phone. Bottom line: They are a responsible company and they care about their customers.
